CLINTON – Earlier this month, Clinton Hospital welcomed orthopedic surgeon, C. Brittany Boisvert, MD
, to its medical staff. Dr. Boisvert now sees patients every Monday in the Ambulatory Care Center, located on the first floor of the hospital. A board-certified, general orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine, Dr. Boisvert’s care at Clinton Hospital includes the treatment of all sports injuries, arthroscopic procedures of the knee and shoulder, and fracture and arthritis care for patients of all ages. She also offers pre- and post-operative care at Clinton Hospital following knee and hip joint replacement surgeries, which she performs at Health Alliance Hospital, in addition to further more-invasive surgical procedures.
“We are so pleased to have Dr. Boisvert on our staff,” said Sheila Daly, RN, MS, president and CEO of Clinton Hospital. “She comes to us with a great reputation and we believe she’s going to be a fantastic addition to our team.”
A member of UMass Memorial Medical Group, Dr. Boisvert says her philosophy is to “treat every patient individually and with empathy.” She explained, “I try to focus on non-operative care, and meticulous operative technique when surgery is required. Treatment plans are always created in combination with the patient to provide the best quality of care for each situation.”
Dr. Boisvert currently is available at Clinton Hospital for patient consultations. Referrals can be made by calling 978-368-3760.
