CLINTON – Clinton Hospital welcomes urologist, Alexander Berry, MD
, to its medical staff. Dr. Berry now sees patients of all ages in the Ambulatory Care Center, located on the first floor of the hospital. A board-certified urological surgeon, Dr. Berry’s care at Clinton Hospital includes the diagnosis and treatment of men, women and children with conditions of the prostrate, bladder and urinary tract, as well as issues such as kidney stones and erectile dysfunction.
“The greater Clinton area has an immediate demand for local urological services,” said Sheila Daly, RN, MS, president and CEO of Clinton Hospital. “Dr. Berry will help fill that need for our patients. We are thrilled to have such a skilled urologist joining our medical staff and caring for our community.”
A member of UMass Memorial Medical Group, Dr. Berry believes it is important to partner with his patients to construct an open conversation as they work together to alleviate symptoms and achieve better health. He noted that he is pleased to bring his practice to a community hospital setting. “As a specialist, you try to bring services to where the patients are to optimize access. It’s more convenient for them, which creates a better experience.”
