Outpatient, noninvasive diagnostic testing services include stress testing and echocardiography. Urgent cardiac care is provided by a well-equipped Emergency Department, staffed with experienced emergency medicine physicians from UMass Memorial Medical Center and nurses certified in advanced cardiac life support care.
For cardiac patients who may require an emergency angioplasty, cardiac surgery or other advanced treatments, the Life Flight air ambulance can rapidly transfer patients to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
