Patient Registration

Leominster Campus
Radiology patients can report directly to Lobby B to check in for services. Many other outpatient services, including lab, EKG, EEG, respiratory, rehabilitation services, Take Charge Occupational Health, maternity, pretesting and admissions, can report to the registration area in Lobby D. The Emergency Department, open 24/7, has its own registration area. Lab hours are 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Burbank Campus
Registration on the Ground Floor supports radiology, lab, outpatient clinics and rehabilitation services. Registration also supports Urgent Care, open daily from 9 am to 7 pm (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas). Oncology patients register on the first floor of the Simonds-Sinon Regional Cancer Center. Lab hours are 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
