The Sleep Disorders Center at HealthAlliance Hospital, located on our
Leominster Campus, provides consultative and diagnostic services for adult
patients with sleep-related breathing disorders. Our program is designed to
diagnose and treat obstructive sleep apnea and to further evaluate sleep
problems, when necessary. Patient education and follow up after diagnosis helps
to assure compliance with the prescribed treatment.
The center is staffed by registered sleep technicians, respiratory therapists
and diagnostic technicians, and studies are read by board-certified
pulmonologists on staff at the hospital. The sleep center team, in cooperation
with the patient's physician, develops treatment programs tailored to each
patient's individual needs.
