Volunteers at HealthAlliance Hospital are dedicated individuals who share their time, talent and enthusiasm to augment the services of the staff in their efforts to provide health care, education and service to the people of North Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We offer volunteer opportunities at the Leominster and Burbank Campuses.
Why Volunteer?
There are many different reasons for volunteering. People volunteer to stay active, give back to the community, be a mentor and help others. Still others consider volunteering for career exploration or skill development.
Who Are Our Volunteers?
People from 15 to 93 are currently volunteering at our several locations. Our volunteers represent a wide range of backgrounds - many are young professionals, college students, stay-at-home moms, former health care workers, retirees, clergy members and many more.
Volunteer Opportunities
HealthAlliance Hospital assigns volunteers to three general locations: Leominster Campus, Burbank Campus and Hospice at HealthAlliance Home Health and Hospice. Volunteers are assigned to areas that best match their interest, skills and talents. Volunteers work in many areas, including:
- Information desk
- Patient registration desk

- Medical offices - Clerical
