The hospital's Hematology/Oncology
Clinic allows patients to receive chemotherapy treatments and related
services in a local, community hospital setting. The clinic utilizes a
multidisciplinary team approach to treating cancer. A patient's care team
consists of his/her own oncologist or oncologist/hematologist and other cancer
specialists, including certified oncology nurses and nutritionists.
Surgeons at Marlborough Hospital also provide a wide range of surgical services, including bone
marrow biopsies for the benefit of cancer patients.
