Cardiac Rehabilitation Support
Group
This group focuses on the emotional support for individuals who
have experienced a cardiac event. Significant others are welcome. It is

Diabetes Support Group
This is
an ongoing support group for people with diabetes and their spouses, significant
others and family members. The focus is on education, sharing and emotional
support. It is facilitated by a certified diabetes educator.

Kidney Treatment Options Support Class
A free education class for chronic kidney disease patients and their families. The focus is on education on treatments such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and transplantation. This class is facilitated by a licensed practical nurse.
