Sick Visits
Appointments are available each day for children who are ill. Should your child need to be seen, you will be scheduled to see one of the covering physicians. In some instances, patients may be referred to urgent care on the UMass Memorial - University Campus in Worcester.
When You Have a Question
When questions or concerns about a child's health arise, parents can call the office and a nurse will be happy to help. If a parent would like to speak directly with a doctor, the child's physician or covering physician will return the call.
After-hours Urgent Care
Urgent questions or concerns about a child's health that cannot wait until regular office hours can be addressed by the on-call physician. Calls are usually returned within 30 minutes.
If a child needs to be seen before the office reopens, he/she will be referred to the nearest emergency department or PediPlace. If a child has a life-threatening condition, parents should call 911.
