The UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center in Worcester provides routine and specialized ophthalmological care for infants, children and adolescents. A wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services is available to address such conditions as hereditary eye diseases, retinal degeneration, functional visual loss and strabismus (abnormal alignment of the eyes).
Pediatric patients with specific eye disorders (retina, cornea and oculoplastics) are evaluated and treated by subspecialists.

- Evaluations to assess and diagnose vision problems
- Visual evaluation in children with multiple congenital anomalies
- Evaluation and treatment of poor eyesight, and surgical and nonsurgical treatment of strabismus
