Atrial Fibrillation can be diagnosed using noninvasive or invasive procedures such as electrophysiology (EP) studies.
Noninvasive testing is performed on an outpatient basis at our new Ambulatory Care Center which offers you a single location for all your cardiovascular needs, and a spacious and comfortable environment.
For invasive tests such as ablation treatments, an overnight stay may be required. Atrial fibrillation tests include:
- Electrocardiograms/echocardiogram
- Holter monitoring
- Event recorder
- Exercise test (stress test or treadmill test)
- Invasive electrophysiology studies
