Preventive Cardiology Program

The Preventive Cardiology Program works with you to evaluate and help lower your current or future risks for heart disease. Our goal is provide you with overall better heart health to prevent heart disease. Studies show managing risk factors even for those who have heart disease can slow its progress. Our program also offers treatment of cardiovascular disease resulting from diabetes.

Using the latest technology our team of experts provides patients with a comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessment. Patients are screened for all types cardiovascular diseases, including blockages and clotting of the legs, neck, heart and kidneys.

After the assessment, our team then offers a detailed plan based on the results to improve your heart health. Education on how to prevent heart disease through diet and lifestyle are included.
