In-person interviews are strongly recommended, as this allows the applicant to better assess his/her "fit" with our program, although phone interviews will be conducted if needed. Interview offers are made on a rolling basis as applications are received. At present, we will not be interviewing at the INS conference. Our program also does not participate in the APPCN resident matching program. Offers are extended before the deadline for participating in this matching program in order to allow decisions prior to match list submission.
