Our program started in 1995 with one pharmacy practice resident. We have
since grown to 11 residents, making our program the largest pharmacy residency
in New England. Our program offers four options including:

Over the years, we have made a significant impact on patient care by becoming
an integral part of the medical teams by working directly on the hospital
floors. We are the only pharmacy residency program in the state that provides a
24-hour, in-house doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) on-call program.
We strive for excellence in the training of pharmacy residents, providing a
positive and rewarding learning experience. Many past residents have stayed on
with our organization and now serve as clinical specialists and preceptors.
Our
program has created residency graduates who have gone on to positions where
their residency training has paved a positive career pathway. Some have gone on
to academia or have become residency preceptors at other institutions.
