Individuals who attend a free Orientation Meeting will learn about diet, exercise and surgical options offered by the UMass Memorial Weight Center to control excessive weight.
The Orientation Meeting is required for all patients interested in surgical or nonsurgical weight management programs at UMass Memorial Weight Center. Seating is limited and meetings begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Schedule
The Orientation Meetings last about an hour and are held on the first Friday afternoon or fourth Thursday evening of the month:
- Friday afternoon meetings are held at 12 noon in the Hiatt Auditorium.
- Thursday evening meeting are held at 6 pm in the Lazare Auditorium.
