Register by Mail: To register for childbirth and family education classes by mail, download a registration form and fill out the form completely.

Completed forms and checks (made payable to UMass Memorial Childbirth and Family Education) can be mailed to:

Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for all classes in order to receive a refund.
  • No refunds are granted after attending the first in a series of Prepared Childbirth classes.
  • It’s in the best interest of participants to be present for all classes; missed classes cannot be rescheduled.
  • Administration fees will be charged.
  • No refunds are given after three months from original class date.
