From the Mass. Turnpike:
Take the Mass. Turnpike to Exit 8, Palmer. Take a left off the exit onto Thorndike Street. Take the next left onto Shearer Street (follow the blue "H" sign). Take a right onto Fairview Street (follow the blue "H" sign). Take a right onto Wright Street. The hospital and medical center are on the left.  

Take Route 20 to Route 181 North (in Palmer). Follow this road for approximately ¾ mile. Turn right at the blue "H" sign onto Wright Street. The hospital and medical center are on the left just after the stop sign.
