Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) provides transportation to the hospital and medical center in Palmer from the Greater Springfield area. Call 413-781-7882 or visit the PVTA web site for a current schedule for the Palmer Village bus. PVTA also provides transportation to the Wing Memorial Medical Centers in Belchertown and Ludlow.
PVTA provides van service for passengers who are unable to use the bus due to a disability. Passengers must complete PVTA's Americans with Disabilities Act application to be considered for priority van service. Call 800-752-1638 for more information.
