Visitors are good medicine for patients, but please keep these guidelines in mind:
- Visits should be brief so patients can get the proper rest they need to recover
- The number of visitors in patients' rooms should be limited to two at a time
- People with colds, sore throats or any contagious diseases should not visit
- Visitors should be considerate of others and keep noise at a minimum
The visiting hours on the different units are:
Medical/Surgical Unit
Noon - 8 pm
Pediatrics
Unlimited hours for parents of children children age 14 and older
Intensive Care Unit
24 hours; 15 minutes on the hour depending on patient condition
Inpatient Psychiatry Unit
Monday - Friday: 6 pm - 8 pm
Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 3 pm - 8 pm
Center for Geriatric Psychiatry
Noon - 2 pm; 6 - 7 pm
